Fit India Movement launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2019 is gaining its momentum now. This year the movement has been taken across India through online platforms by the Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE. In collaboration with YouTube, this movement has become a lifeline for millions of Indians.

The movement is a nationwide activity to encourage people to practice health benefits. The movement includes everyday coaching on physical fitness and various sports. A YouTube channel is the medium through which the students and their parents access everyday sessions conducted by various coaches.

Tomorrows Session:

Superbrain and Pranayama will be the focus topics tomorrow. The students who wish to enhance their meditation and learning capabilities can view the session tomorrow at 9:30 here on TimesNow. The coach will be famous Ronak Gajjar who will be teaching the basics of Yoga to students. Yoga in everyday life is extremely beneficial and can be practised by all age groups. Anyone can access the session if they could not watch it in the morning through the YouTube link shared here.

Fit India movement has done a wonderful job in providing students along with their parent's various activities necessary to keep them busy and active amid this extended period of lockdown. Many people were reported to be facing metal stress and loneliness, traumas etc which are very easily resolved if one takes up any physical practices. Fit India Movement along with CBSE are doing their bit by organizing such sessions.
